While some clients use Kirkdale to cover peak times and emergencies, others contract our inventory services for all their inventories.  We are able to offer cost and administrative benefits to our long-term partners.

·        Our inventories are carried out to the ISO standard set out by the largest inventory company in the UK. They are tailored to your individual requirements and are delivered to your office in a timely manner by email.  At the same time they are stored in our archive.

·        We look after our loyal customers, with special deals by arrangement, regularly updated work plans at no additional cost and a computerised database of work to back up your records.  From our archive we can find that crucial inventory you can’t put your hands on just when you need it, helping you to deliver a seamless service to landlords and tenants.  We are always ready to help and to support you staff from our archive without charge.

·        Our archive enables us to offer long-term clients the benefit of updates to existing inventories at a greatly discounted rate. We are able to do this when an inventory is to be updated after a checkout (prior to re-let) and during that checkout we find that little has changed. We can do this because we already have the inventory on file and only need to make a few adjustments.
