 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) in Oxford, Oxon, Bucks, Berks

 

If you let property, a new law will affect you...  from October 1st 2008... landlords will be required to supply EPCs to privately renting tenants.
This applies to all letting agreements that take place after this date. The EPC is provided by a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)

 What is a DEA?

A Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) is a person who has undergone specific training in energy performance of buildings using a RdSAP methodology. (RdSAP is an acronym for Reduced data Standard Assessment Procedure). Their training is regulated by the government.

Kirkdale Inventories employ qualified Domestic Energy Assessors. We cover the following areas:

Buckinghamshire: from Milton Keynes, through Aylesbury and down to Slough - and all spaces between

Oxfordshire (Oxon): all areas, including Oxford, Didcot, Abingdon and Henley

Berkshire: Reading, Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

We charge £75 plus VAT (total £88.13) per property. If you are not an existing customer, this is payable up front (we do a great job, but don't appreciate spending valuable time chasing people for payment)
