How using us will help you

 

 

Reflecting your working practices. All our inventories (and check-ins and check-outs should you require them) are supplied in Word. The format of the reports, like our service itself, is flexible according to your requirements. They can contain your terms and conditions (for example, conditions for end of tenancy hand over and deposit, emergency call out procedures, etc) at no extra cost.

 

Security We keep independent, secure backups of all inventories, check ins and check outs, so that they will not get lost. All our documents are covered by version control (i.e. the dates and version numbers are updated), so that whatever changes have been made can easily be seen.

 

AIIC membership

The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks is an organisation which regulates, tests and trains inventory clerks. They issue standards for all aspects of the work and are the recognised industry authority in the field.

 

Cost effective. Paying for work done on a one-off basis means that you don't need either to overwork your people in the peak periods or to have them twiddle their thumbs in slack times. We deal with the peaks and troughs.

 

Quality. Inventories are all we do, so we concentrate on making the reports as useful and accurate as possible. This minimises landlord/tenant conflicts. Since we began Kirkdale Inventories, no claim on any of our work has cost our customers a penny.

 

Clarity. We are very experienced in inventories and our English communication skills (written and spoken) are of a high standard. Our work is well ordered and easy to understand. Again, this reduces potential problems.

 

Independent. As we are independent neither landlord or tenant, is suspicious that 'we are working for the other side.' Also, of course, the impartiality of a third-party report carries more weight should the inventory be required to settle a legal dispute.

 

Back-up. As there are two of us, there is always someone to help when you need us.

 

Planning. We can provide you with work plans broken down by month, week and day showing at a glance your schedule of forthcoming check ins and check outs. These are very useful to our bigger customers

 

Maturity. We are well used to dealing with people in a friendly, open and professional manner.

 

Computing expertise. An essential for sharing knowledge via computers is the ability to safeguard the information. With our in depth knowledge of computing, our disaster recovery procedures ensure that your data is safeguarded against computer failure and all types of hacking.
