Who we are

Alan Biggins whose experience of inventories goes back to 'marching in and marching out' service personnel with the Royal Air Force in the early seventies (a very rigorous procedure).

Alan has since spent many years in property lettings and sales before setting up Kirkdale Inventories in 2002. He is a published author (find him on Amazon.) - which helps with the high level of English which is essential in compiling inventories and the documents needed for checking in and checking out. His degree is in French.

Roger Spittles. Roger has many years expertise in computing. His extensive experience in project management means that he is a good planner and has never missed a deadline. In the letting industry that is, of course, crucial.

In addition, Kirkdale employs two further staff who help with its DEA (Domestic Energy Assessments)
